Wee Joker
This Joker gains +8 Chips when each played 2 is scored (Currently + Chips)
How Wee Joker scales
Wee Joker gains +8 Chips permanently every time a 2 is scored. The growth is on Wee Joker itself: it accumulates chips that fire as +Chips every hand from then on.
A normal deck has 4 twos. Realistic Wee Joker output without deck shaping:
| Total 2s scored | Wee Joker bonus |
|---|---|
| 5 | +40 chips |
| 15 | +120 chips |
| 30 | +240 chips |
| 60 | +480 chips |
That's modest unless you actively shape the deck around 2s.
The Wee Joker dream: a deck of 2s
Three ways to flood the deck with 2s:
- Ouija (Spectral): converts every card in deck to one rank. Pick 2s. Now every scored card is a 2.
- Strength tarot (rank +1, wraps A→2): use on Aces to convert into 2s.
- Death tarot (copies one card's rank): copy a 2 onto other cards.
With an Ouija-fed deck of 2s, Wee Joker triggers on every scored card. A 5-card hand = +40 chips per hand AND Wee Joker permanently gains another 40 chips. After 20 rounds: Wee Joker is at +800 chips per hand and growing.
The "Wee build" archetype
The full Wee Joker run usually includes:
- Wee Joker (chips per 2 scored).
- Hiker (+5 chips permanently per card scored): Hiker stacks with Wee, both reward small-rank hands.
- Square Joker (+4 chips per round when scoring a 4-card hand): play 4-card Pairs of 2s.
- Card-rank conversion (Strength, Ouija) to make 2-rich deck.
- Plasma Deck: Plasma's chip-mult balancing turns Wee's huge chip pile into mult.
Wee Joker + Blueprint
Wee Joker is a chip joker, not a mult joker — Blueprint copying it adds another +Wee chips per hand from one slot. Useful if Wee has reached +500 chips and your mult side is well-developed.
Don't expect Triboulet-level returns. Wee is linear (additive chips) not multiplicative.
What kills Wee Joker
- Decks without 2s: Erratic-rolled decks sometimes have few 2s. Without conversion tarots, Wee starves.
- The Pillar / The Plant (Boss Blinds debuffing scored cards): debuffed 2s don't grow Wee Joker.
- High-rank hand types (Royal Flush, face-card builds): 2s never make it into the scored hand.
When to take, when to skip
Take Wee:
- Antes 1-3 with at least 4 natural 2s in your deck and a conversion tool (Strength, Death).
- Already on a low-rank build (Wee, Hiker, Square Joker assembled or in shop).
- Spectral Pack access for Ouija long-shot.
Skip Wee:
- High-rank build (Triboulet, Baron, face card focus).
- No conversion tools available and natural 2 count is low.
- Late acquisition — Wee needs runway to compound.
